Hi, I’m Bailey — but you can call me Bai! I’m so grateful you’ve found your way here. I created Bai The Everything because I’ve never believed in limiting myself to just one passion. Life is too rich, too vibrant, and too full of opportunity to fit into a single box — and I have a feeling you might feel the same.

By day, I’m a dedicated dental hygienist. By night (and weekend), I’m a wellness seeker, a devoted beach gal, a baker with a sweet tooth for balance, fitness, health, and above all, someone who treasures family, friendship, and fun. My life is full, and always busy — but intentionally so. I choose to fill it with purpose, growth, and the pursuit of becoming just a little bit better each day.

This space is my invitation to you: to explore every interest, every goal, every curiosity without hesitation. Here, you’ll find reflections on health and fitness, beauty favorites, recipes (mainly gluten and dairy free), lifestyle inspiration, and reminders to show up for yourself with grace, gratitude, and joy.

I don’t believe in perfection, instead I strive for progress, balance, and embracing the beauty of becoming. Bai The Everything isn’t about doing it all flawlessly — it’s about daring to live fully, curiously, and authentically. So, welcome. I’m so glad you’re here — let’s grow, glow, and explore it all together.

So cheers to you being everything and more, because why be anything less?

Xoxo, Bai
