From Marathons, to Movement That Feels Good
For years, running was my thing. I loved the thrill of training, the sense of discipline it gave me, and the pride that came with crossing a finish line. I’d always run the best if I was mad or upset over something too haha. Half marathons and long runs became a huge part of my identity—I pushed myself, tested my limits, and felt unstoppable.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something important: not every season of life calls for the same type of movement. While running will always hold a special place in my heart, lately I’ve been drawn to exercise that feels more aligned with where I am right now—gentle but powerful, energizing without draining, and sustainable for the long term.
These days, that looks like a lot more Pilates, walking, and strength training at the gym. Pilates gives me a strong core and that deep, mind-body connection that makes me feel centered. Walking clears my head and doubles as my “me-time” or a chance to listen to a podcast. And lifting weights in the gym helps me feel strong in a way that running never quite did—it’s building me up from the inside out.
What I’ve learned through this transition is that fitness doesn’t have to be about pushing yourself to extremes all the time. It can be about honoring your body, choosing movement that excites you, and giving yourself permission to evolve. Just because something served you in the past doesn’t mean it has to define your future.
For now, my sneakers might not be hitting the pavement for long runs, but I’m okay with that. I’m still moving, still growing, and still discovering new ways to fall in love with fitness all over again. And who knows—maybe one day I’ll return to marathons. But right now, I’m embracing a season of movement that feels good, not forced.
Because at the end of the day, the best workout is the one that makes you want to come back for more. Taking a hiatus from longer runs also allows me to enjoy more of my days too. Not to say I don’t still on going on a few mile runs, but I was waking up every Saturday and nearly forcing myself to go run 10+ miles. It took up most of my mornings. Taking the time to slow my movements down allows me to also take a step back from the busyness of my crazy work weeks.
Supplements and Brands I use to Accomplish This
My Hormone Journey-Two Years Too Long
For years, I thought my hormones were something I didn’t need to think much about. Like many women, I trusted birth control pills to regulate everything for me. But when I decided to stop taking hormonal birth control, my body had a very different plan.
I didn’t get my period for almost two years. At the same time, I also received the initial COVID shot — which may have messed with the flow as well. I’ll never know exactly how those two things played into each other, but the result was undeniable: my cycle disappeared, and I knew something wasn’t right.
That’s when my hormone journey really began. I was tired of being dismissed, tired of feeling like I was overthinking it, and tired of being told “it’s normal” when I knew my body was out of balance. I was constantly bloated, moody, and experienced random breakouts.
I found hope and guidance through the book Hormone Intelligence by Dr. Aviva Romm. Following her hormone therapy guide gave me tools to support my body naturally and holistically — focusing on nourishment, lifestyle shifts, and root-cause healing rather than just masking symptoms. My OBGYN also gave me a prescription pill to spark my period again.
Along the way, I also learned how interconnected everything in our health really is. My dermatologist encouraged me to stop using fluoride products, since they were contributing to peri-oral dermatitis around my mouth. What shocked me even more was learning how fluoride can also affect hormone balance — especially for people already struggling with hormone imbalances. Cutting it out made a noticeable difference in my skin and overall well-being.
This journey hasn’t been easy. There were moments of frustration, doubt, and even anger at the systems that pushed me into decisions without honoring my body’s voice. But it’s also been empowering. I’ve learned to advocate for myself, to tune into the signals my body gives me, and to understand that true healing often requires patience, consistency, and a willingness to dig deeper.
If there’s one thing I’ve taken away from all this, it’s that your hormones matter more than you might think. They affect everything — from your mood and energy to your skin and cycles. And when they’re off, your body will tell you.
Today, I’m still on the journey, but I feel more connected to my body than ever before. My hope in sharing this is that if you’re going through something similar, you know you’re not alone — and that healing is possible when you start listening to your body at all times.

My Hot Take on Natural Deodorant
For the longest time, I was on the hunt for the perfect natural deodorant. I felt like I tried every single one on the market—aluminum-free, baking soda-based, cream formulas, sprays, you name it. And every single time, something went wrong.
Some didn’t last more than a couple hours, leaving me feeling less than fresh halfway through the day. Others gave me breakouts or rashes under my arms, which was super uncomfortable. A few even stained my clothes, which was the most frustrating part—ruining shirts just to smell decent.
After so many failed attempts, I started to wonder if natural deodorant just wasn’t for me. But then I came across something I hadn’t tried before: a charcoal armpit detox. I learned that switching from traditional antiperspirants (which block sweat) to natural deodorants (which let your body do its thing) sometimes requires a transition period. Basically, your body needs time to purge the buildup from conventional deodorants.
I decided to try the Megababe charcoal underarm bar to help reset and detox my skin. And honestly it was a game-changer. Using it made the switch to natural deodorant so much smoother—my breakouts calmed down, and I felt like my skin was finally balanced.
Once I finished the detox, I tried Salt & Stone’s natural deodorant—and I’ve been hooked ever since. It smells amazing, goes on smoothly, doesn’t stain my clothes, and most importantly… it actually works. For the first time in years, I feel like I’ve found a natural deodorant I can trust daily. I also am loving Each and Every Deodorant! Also does not break out my pits!
If you’ve been struggling like I was, don’t give up just yet. Sometimes your body just needs that little extra step to reset. A charcoal detox plus finding the right brand (for me, it’s Salt & Stone) can make all the difference.
Because honestly, we all deserve to feel fresh, confident, and comfortable in our own skin—without the stress of wondering if our deodorant is going to fail us halfway through the day.

From Newport to Dana: How I fixed my Coffee Struggle
When I moved from Newport to Dana Point, one of the first things I noticed was how hard it was to find a really good coffee shop. Don’t get me wrong—Dana has its charm, but when it came to my daily coffee ritual, I felt stuck. I’d try different spots, pay way too much for a latte that was honestly just…mid at best, and then felt annoyed that I was overspending for something that wasn’t even that great.
For a while, I kept chasing the perfect cup, telling myself, “It’s just coffee, it’s fine.” But coffee for me isn’t just caffeine—it’s a ritual. It’s that cozy moment in the morning before the day starts. It’s the way I set the tone for my mood, my energy, and honestly, my joy. So, settling for average coffee didn’t cut it.
That’s when I decided to invest in a Nespresso machine. And let me tell you… game changer! I can’t look back.
Now, instead of spending $6–10 every single day, I spend a fraction of that at home and actually enjoy my coffee. I’ve been able to experiment with different pods, add my own frothy milks and creamers, and play around with flavors that actually taste better than what I was buying out. The best part? I can make it in my pajamas while getting ready for work.
It’s wild to think how much I’ve saved. Doing the math, even if I was only grabbing coffee 4–5 times a week, that’s easily over $100 a month (and for coffee that wasn’t even that good). Now, with my Nespresso, I get café-style lattes at home, and the quality is consistently chef’s kiss.
So if you’ve been feeling like your coffee habit is draining your wallet but not filling your cup (literally), this is your sign to invest in a machine you love. Sometimes, the best part of moving or shifting routines is realizing where you can create little upgrades that actually make life better. For me, that upgrade was Nespresso—and my mornings have never been the same.

My Clean Makeup Routine (That Doesn’t Break Me Out)
When it comes to makeup, I’ve always been picky — not because I don’t love it, but because my skin doesn’t. So many products out there are pore-clogging, heavy, or acne-causing, and after struggling with breakouts in the past, I’ve become very careful about what I put on my face. Lately, I’ve been leaning into clean makeup products that actually work for me — and so far, I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how good my skin has been with them.
Another big reason I keep my routine minimal is because I wear a mask all day, every day at work. There’s nothing worse than heavy foundation under a mask, so I’ve learned to love a lighter, more breathable approach to makeup that feels natural but still put-together.
Here’s what my current go-to clean routine looks like:
Skin Prep
- Seba E + Merit Tinted Sunscreen → this is my base combo for moisture + sun protection. I also use my gua sha in the mornings to de-puff and help with circulation before applying anything else.
Face
- Haus Labs Concealer → lightweight but gives great coverage without creasing.
- Milk Makeup Bronzer Stick → blends easily and gives me a soft, natural warmth.
- Saie or Rare Beauty Blush → depending on my mood, I’ll rotate between these two. Both give that perfect flush without looking overdone.
- BareMinerals Powder → a light dusting to set everything in place and keep it breathable.
Eyes & Brows
- Most days, I’ll just wear lashes and skip mascara altogether — it keeps things simple and avoids smudging.
- For brows, I swear by the NYX Thickening Brow Mascara. It’s affordable, easy to use, and makes my brows look fuller without any fuss.
I love that this routine feels clean, simple, and skin-friendly. My face doesn’t feel heavy, my pores aren’t screaming at me, and best of all, I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing a polished look. It’s just enough to feel confident while still letting my natural skin breathe.
If you’ve been struggling with makeup that clogs your pores or you just want a lighter, fresher approach, I definitely recommend trying a few clean products. For me, this routine has been a game-changer — and my skin is thanking me for it.
The Best Natural DIY Lip Mask For Dry Lips
If your lips have been feeling dry, flaky, or just in need of some extra love — this all-natural, DIY lip mask is about to become your new favorite self-care ritual. It’s made with simple, nourishing ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen or bathroom cabinet. No harsh chemicals, no artificial fragrances — just clean, effective, and soothing goodness.
Why Go Natural?
Most store-bought lip masks and balms contain ingredients like synthetic fragrances, parabens, or petroleum-based fillers that can actually dry your lips out over time. Making your own means you control exactly what goes in — and your lips get only the good stuff.
Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil – deeply hydrates and locks in moisture
- 1-3 drop tea tree oil – helps heal cracked or irritated lips (a little goes a long way!)
- 1-3 drop lavender oil – calms and soothes while adding a relaxing scent
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – adds a subtle sweetness and antioxidants
How to Make It
- Melt the coconut oil (if it’s solid) by warming it gently in a small bowl over hot water or microwaving for about 10 seconds.
- Add your tea tree oil, lavender oil, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Let it cool slightly, then transfer to a small container or lip balm tin.
- Store in a cool, dry place (or the fridge if you want a firmer texture).
How to Use It
- Apply a thick layer to clean lips before bed.
- Let it sit overnight to soak in all that moisture.
- Gently wipe off or pat in any excess in the morning — hello, soft and plump lips!
For an extra boost, exfoliate first with a simple sugar + honey scrub, then apply your mask for deeper hydration.
Why This Combo Works
- Coconut oil is ultra-moisturizing and antibacterial.
- Tea tree oil helps with healing and keeping your lips clear of irritation.
- Lavender oil is anti-inflammatory and helps repair skin.
- Vanilla extract not only smells amazing but contains antioxidants that fight dryness and aging.
Final Thoughts
This DIY lip mask is clean, effective, and smells delicious. The best part? You can make it in under five minutes and skip all the questionable ingredients found in commercial products. Natural beauty doesn’t have to be complicated — sometimes, simple really is better.

How I Balance Fitness, Wellness, and a Busy Schedule
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my twenties, it’s that balance isn’t something you find — it’s something you create. Between working, growing my brand, training, staying social, and just trying to keep my life together, it can feel impossible to make fitness and wellness a priority every single day. But over the years, I’ve built a routine that works with my lifestyle instead of against it, and it’s honestly changed everything.
I’m not perfect, and I don’t think any of us should aim to be. What matters is building habits that make you feel strong, clear-headed, and confident — even when life is chaotic. So today I’m sharing exactly how I balance fitness, wellness, and a busy schedule, what my days look like, and the essentials that help me stay consistent.
My Approach: Keep It Simple + Sustainable
I used to think living a “healthy” life required hours at the gym and a perfectly curated routine. Now? I focus on simplicity. Small daily actions. Things that fit naturally into my day.
If something feels overly complicated or unrealistic long-term, it’s not for me — and I encourage you to adopt that mindset too. Consistency only happens when the routine feels doable.
My Daily Rhythm
Here’s the flow I try to follow most days — not rigid, but supportive.
Morning Ritual (10–20 Minutes)
I always say your morning sets the tone for your entire day. Mine is built around clarity, hydration, and gentle movement:
- Hydrate immediately — usually with water + electrolytes (LMNT is my go-to, and I’ve also been adding Celtic salt to my water).
- Light stretching or walk — nothing crazy, just enough to wake up my body.
- Quick skincare routine — I swear it motivates me more than coffee.
- Protein-forward breakfast — a smoothie or eggs if I have time.
I keep this routine super flexible. Some days I do all of it, and some days I only do one. Either way, the intention is there.
Non-Negotiable: Daily Movement
Movement is the core of how I manage stress, energy, and confidence. Even on busy days, I make sure I’m doing something — because the small things add up.
My go-to forms of movement:
- Strength training (3–4x/week)
- Pilates or low-impact workouts (1–2x/week)
- Hot girl walks — my favorite therapy
- Stretching at night to help digestion + sleep
- Sauna sessions (10–15 minutes whenever I’m at the gym)
I used to feel guilty if I didn’t lift heavy every day. Now? If I’m moving my body at all, I’m proud of myself.
Planning My Workouts Around My Schedule
The biggest shift that helped me stay consistent was planning workouts realistically — not ideally.
Here’s how I do it:
If I have a lighter workday:
I’ll do a full workout — usually weight training — in the morning or early afternoon or fun workout class like spin or pilates.
If I have a packed day:
I’ll break my movement into smaller pieces:
- 10 minutes of Pilates
- 20–30 min walk
- Quick stretch before bed
It still counts. And it keeps me on track without overwhelming me.
Fueling My Body the Right Way
I’ve noticed that when I eat mindfully, everything else feels easier — workouts, mood, energy, sleep. I don’t follow a strict diet, but I do prioritize foods that make me feel good, like:
- High-quality protein
- Healthy fats
- Whole foods
- Hydration
- Low-sugar drinks
- Anti-inflammatory ingredients
- Try to minimize alcohol to the weekends (and during the week if the day was traumatizing lol)
I also love using supplements that support recovery and gut health.
Some staples I use daily:
- Electrolytes (LMNT)
- Collagen peptides
- Probiotic or digestive support
- Magnesium at night
- Vitamins
I like to keep things predictable but not boring. And if I want something fun? I have it. Balance is everything.
Wellness Habits That Support My Busy Life
Aside from fitness and nutrition, these small lifestyle habits make a HUGE difference for me.
1. Sauna Sessions
Using the sauna after a gym workout helps my recovery, sleep, skin, and stress levels. It’s become a ritual I genuinely crave.
2. Prioritizing Sleep
I don’t sacrifice my sleep anymore. When I’m tired, my energy, mood, cravings, and motivation suffer — and everything feels harder.
3. Digital Boundaries
I create pockets of time to unplug, especially in the evening. Scrolling right before bed = anxious mind + poor sleep.
4. Hydration All Day Long
Not just water — balanced hydration. It helps with energy, skin, and cravings.
5. Keeping My Space Clean
A clean environment massively affects your mental health. Even a quick 5-minute tidy resets my energy.
How I Stay Motivated (Even When Life Is Busy)
Motivation isn’t something you magically have every day — it’s something you build through discipline and routine. Here’s what helps me stay committed:
I remind myself how good it makes me feel
Movement clears my mind. Eating well energizes me. Wellness keeps me grounded.
I track progress by how I FEEL, not just how I look
Better sleep, less stress, more confidence — those are wins.
I don’t wait for “perfect” timing
Ten minutes is better than zero. There will never be such a thing as “perfect” when it comes to timing, and that is something I personally struggle with. Do it even when you don’t want to. The only workout I’ve ever regretted was when I was sick.
I romanticize my routine
Cute workout sets. Aesthetic water bottle. My favorite playlist. It works.
My Workout + Wellness Essentials
These are the items that help me stay consistent and make my routine feel enjoyable:
- Pilates bands & ankle weights
- Resistance bands
- Yoga mat
- Stainless steel water bottle
- Quality running shoes
- My sauna routine essentials (sauna hat)
- Protein powders + collagen
- Notebooks for planning
- Cute matching workout sets (because YES it matters)
Final Thoughts
Balancing fitness and wellness with a busy schedule isn’t about perfection — it’s about creating small, meaningful habits that support you daily. I truly believe that when you prioritize your health, everything else improves: your confidence, productivity, relationships, and the way you show up in the world.
My routines aren’t rigid. They’re flexible, realistic, and designed to make me feel good, not stressed. And the more I prioritize myself, the easier it becomes to stay consistent — even on the busiest days.
If you’re trying to find balance too, start small. Add one habit. Take a 10-minute walk. Drink more water. Stretch before bed. Progress is built through small choices made over and over again — and you are absolutely capable of creating that for yourself.

Fortunate that these are my morning walk views!

My Wellness, Fitness, and Beauty Essentials I Swear By
One of the most common questions I get is: “What do you actually use every single day?” As someone who loves health, wellness, and simple routines that make my life feel grounded, energized, and balanced, I’ve narrowed down my daily essentials to the products I truly swear by. And the best part? Almost all of them are available on Amazon.

These are the things that actually make a difference for me, and after years of trying everything under the sun, this is the routine that feels the most aligned, clean, and supportive.
Whether you’re building healthier habits, want to refresh your daily lineup, or just love discovering new Amazon health and wellness finds, here’s a full look at What I Actually Use Daily (Amazon Edition).
Morning: Gut Health + Sustainable Energy
Coconut Cult Probiotic — My holy grail for digestion
Every morning before breakfast, I take Coconut Cult Probiotics, and it has seriously transformed my gut health. It’s one of the cleanest, most powerful probiotics you can buy, and after using it consistently, I’ve noticed better digestion, less bloating, and overall better mood and energy. Starting my day with it feels like a reset for my system.
I always take it before eating to give my gut that first boost of the day.
Pre-Workout Ritual: Fueling Up for Movement
Promix Pre-Workout — Clean energy without the crash
Right before I head to the gym, I take my Promix Preworkout. What I love is that it’s clean, no artificial junk, and gives me energy without making me feel jittery or overstimulated. It helps me actually look forward to my workouts, especially on days when I’m tired or unmotivated.
On Cloud Shoes — Quality matters
If you’ve ever worn bad shoes to the gym, you know how much it affects your body. That’s why I’m obsessed with my On Cloud shoes. They’re lightweight, supportive, and genuinely make training more comfortable. I use them for walking, strength training, and even running—they’re that versatile.
Investing in quality shoes has made the biggest difference in how my body feels overall.
Post-Workout: Replenish + Recover
Truvani Protein Powder — My cleanest go-to shake
After my workout, I come home and make a protein shake with Truvani Protein Powder. It’s smooth, tastes amazing, and has ingredients I trust. No fillers, no artificial flavors—just clean, simple protein that helps my muscles recover and keeps me feeling energized throughout the day.
This is always one of the first things I recommend to anyone trying to improve their wellness routine.
Stanley Cup + LMNT Electrolytes — Hydration that actually works
Hydration is honestly just easier when your water bottle is cute… which is why my Stanley goes everywhere with me. I add LMNT electrolytes to replenish after sweating, especially if I’m using the sauna at night or doing intense workouts. LMNT keeps my energy up, helps prevent headaches, and supports recovery.
Midday Self-Care: Body + Skin Reset
Salt & Stone Natural Deodorant
After my shower, I always use Salt and Stone Deodorant—it’s natural, gentle, and smells so fresh. I love knowing I’m not putting harsh ingredients on my skin, and it actually works (unlike most natural deodorants, lol).
Foam Roller + Gua Sha — The recovery duo
To keep soreness away and support lymphatic flow, I use:
- A foam roller for muscle tension and recovery
- A gua sha for facial circulation and sculpting
I notice such a difference in puffiness, tension, and how my body feels overall. These tiny habits, done consistently, genuinely add up.
Daily Skincare Routine
Skincare is non-negotiable for me. I take a few minutes to cleanse, treat, and moisturize—usually keeping it simple but effective. My gua sha is a must during this step because it helps my skincare absorb better and gives me that “just had a facial” glow.
Nighttime Routine: Calm, Detox, and Deep Rest
Castor Oil Pack — My favorite detox ritual
At night, I love using a castor oil pack. I don’t use it every night, maybe a few times a week. It helps with digestion, liver support, bloating, and relaxation. It’s one of my favorite gentle detox practices and helps my body reset after a long day.
Lemon Balm — My natural wind-down supplement
Right before bed, I take lemon balm, one of the most calming, natural herbs for stress, sleep, and relaxation. It helps quiet my mind and signals my body that it’s time to slow down. Not too bad for taste either!
Magnesium Glycinate+ Mouth Tape
Magnesium glycinate helps with sleep and calming your nervous system. It also helps to lower stress and serves as a natural muscle relaxant. The gycinate form contains glycine, an amino acid that promotes deeper sleep and helps your body wind down. It’s highly absorbable, gentle on the stomach and can reduce night time wake-ups. I usually take about 400mg 1-2 hours before bed.
For mouth tape (I’ve tried a lot), and my favorite are kinesiology tape and I’ll just cut two inch thick pieces and tape my lips together to keep them closed. I also use VIO2 tape! It’s a natural and clean brand and still works on top of all my skincare!
This combo—castor oil pack + lemon balm+ magnesium+ mouth tape—has genuinely helped me sleep deeper and wake up less anxious.
Final Thoughts: My Daily Wellness Staples (Amazon Edition)
These are just a small few items that help keep my days structured and sound. All of these products are part of my everyday routine because they work. They help me feel balanced, energized, supported, and grounded—physically and mentally. Over time, I’ve learned that wellness isn’t about extremes; it’s about small, consistent habits that make your life smoother and your body feel good.
From gut health to hydration, from clean deodorant to electrolyte replenishment, these are the Amazon essentials I use every single day and would recommend to anyone beginning or elevating their wellness journey.

The Soft Reset: A Realistic Daily Routine for Feeling Your Best
Effective ways to: Boost Energy, Balance, and Glow
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by all-or-nothing routines — the 5am wake-ups, two-a-day workouts, and perfectly clean meals — this post is for you. This is your permission slip to reset your days without burning out.
I like to call this my Soft Reset. It’s a realistic, flexible daily routine that supports your body, skin, mindset, and energy — especially if you’re balancing work, workouts, and real life.“
Morning: Set the Tone (Not the Pressure)
I would say every morning I feel totally different in relation to what workout I want to do. Can you relate? Some mornings I’m like ok yes I can totally go run 5 miles right now. Other days I’m like wow if I had the opportunity today I would sleep until 10am lol. Not sure if that’s the right thing to do BUT it’s been working for me. There has been so many times I have forced a hard workout and ended up feeling worse, and bloated. One thing I also had to consider is cycle regulating. Syncing up my workouts to what phase of my cycle I’m on has made a huge difference. That has helped tremendously with how my body looks, and how I feel mentally (message me and I can share the deets with you), and my skin!
1. Wake up gently
I avoid immediately grabbing my phone. I even got a Hatch to help me ease into the morning. Even 5–10 minutes of quiet time when you wake up can help how you regulate your nervous system and prevent instant stress. I make the bed, cleanup my space, and get ready for a great day.
2. Hydrate before caffeine
Warm water + lemon or electrolytes gets digestion moving and supports clear skin. There is so much supporting research and evidence that show the benefits of waiting at least 90 minutes after waking up to have your coffee (it can lead to a spike in cortisol which is typically very high when you first wake up).
3. Light movement
This isn’t about intensity — think stretching, a short walk outside with some ankle weights or a weighted vest, pilates, etc.
4. Simple skincare > complicated routines
Cleanse, moisturize, SPF. Consistency always beats complexity, and I really have seen a difference in my skin just by being consistent.
Midday: Support Your Energy
Most of my day is spent sitting, and working on patients. It is very important to get movement throughout the day. Especially if you work a very stationary job. Get your blood flowing to help your brain and joints!
1. Balanced meals
Protein, fiber, healthy fats. WATER. When I eat to stabilize my blood sugar, my mood and focus improve dramatically.
2. Movement breaks
A quick walk or stretch between tasks helps reduce tension and improve posture.
3. Check in with yourself
Ask: What do I actually need right now? Rest, fuel, focus, or fresh air?
Evening: Release & Reset
1. Intentional workouts (if I didn’t get one in that morning)
Train with purpose, not punishment. Strength training, walking, or recovery days all count.
2. Wind-down rituals
This is where I protect my peace — low lighting, calming music, and a warm shower or sauna to relax muscles and stress.
3. Digital boundaries
I try to log off social media earlier than I think I need to. Your nervous system will thank you. I try to at least one hour before bed
Night: Prepare for Tomorrow
1. Prep one small thing
Outfit, water bottle, or to-do list — tiny prep = huge mental relief.
2. Gratitude over perfection
Instead of focusing on what didn’t get done, I reflect on one thing I’m proud of. HOWEVER, there have been studies that show making a list of things you did not accomplish that day leads to better, and deeper sleep (go figure)!
Final Thoughts
Your routine doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s to be effective. The internet can make us feel otherwise. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s supporting your body and mind consistently.
This is your reminder that feeling good is built through small, repeatable habits.
If this post resonated with you, let me know — and tell me what part of your day feels the hardest to manage right now.
